IT Technical Lead for Workday Prism
Our IT team partners with HR business leadership on a strategic level to define technology priorities and roadmap, translating business strategy into short- & long-term technology and data needs ensuring the business is fully enabled by IT capabilities and data.
Enterprise IT is searching for an energetic and experienced IT Technical Lead responsible for supporting the HR Workforce Analytics product. Our company is actively seeking a Workday Prism Technical Lead to bolster our Enterprise Information Technology team.
The IT Program Manager and Scrum Master for Learning and Development primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manages all technical aspects of the Workday Prism solutions for Human Resources
Oversee design and development of Workday Prism solutions
Provides technical guidance to development and support resources
Provides input on approach, design, and estimation of effort
Advises on impact of potential changes and roadmap
Works closely with both business and technical teams to ensure cohesive solutions
Engages vendor resources for system issues or new concepts
Understands HR processes and operations, systems, data interfaces, and data
Be responsible for our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes related to this application
Stays current with data analytics and automation trends, best practices, and innovation opportunities
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience
Knowledge and working experience of Workday Prism
Robust proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies and procedures
Prior experience in Data Engineering - your expertise in this area will be instrumental to our success.
Proficiency in System Designs - we require an individual who can skillfully navigate the intricacies of system architectures.
Exceptional Decision-Making skills - we place high value on the ability to make informed and effective decisions.
Innovative, proactive, and self-directed
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience in systems integration and data visualization tools and practices
