Core Responsibilities
- E2E project planning of integrated communication development projects – leading the project from brief to delivery, working with colleagues in strategy, creative, and production
- Run team stand-ups to follow up on progress and where required, adjust plans, resources and budgets to ensure effective creative processes across teams where tasks are clearly defined, roadblocks are being removed, the team is motivated plus schedules and estimates are respected
- Manage resources and ensure the projects are staffed with the right competencies in the different project phases
- Take necessary actions to keep the project on track for delivery including sending the project through internal & external production
- Create and deliver toolbox, campaign editorial and Integrated Campaign Guide to build synergy between upstream and downstream teams
- Drive follow-up and post projects reflective session to ensure good practices are being shared and implemented next

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the internal Advertising Agency of the LEGO Group. OLA consists of approx. 400 employees located across Denmark, USA, UK, China and Singapore.
OLA is a full-service creative agency servicing the internal business partners in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of Design and visual identity, packaging, product, and campaign related assets of all kinds.
OLA Business Partnering is made up of Business Partnering Teams that collaborate across similar projects and focus on guarding and delivering creative excellence – on time. On each individual project the Global Project Manager works closely with the Global Communication Partner in leading the wider team.
Do you have what it takes?
- 5-8 years of experience working in a similar role and preferably prior experience from advertising agencies
- Proven track record in structuring, implementing and running complex projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills in both leading teams and projects
- Strong communicator with a relentless drive for progress and delivery within timeline
- Basic knowledge of different agile ways of working (sprints & scrum), WorkFront, and digital tools (Miro) would be an advantage
