Job Overview

The Staffing Scheduler I position provides administrative support to the Regional Floats and to the Nursing leader for responsibilities that may include: coordination of regional float or Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) assignments and the maintenance of staffing requisitions. This position is also responsible for managing regional floats onboarding coordination of training, coverage, overtime and payroll. Other duties include communicating assignment expectations to the regional floats, composing memos, transcribing notes, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a staffing office clerk or in an office environment performing a similar level of work preferred

• Prior health care experience preferred.

Compensation

$25.00 - $28.65 hourly
