Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner within our Outbound Product Management (OPM) function. This is not your typical program management role – you'll be the right hand to OPM leadership, driving high-visibility initiatives that bridge product strategy and go-to-market execution. If you have a consulting background, thrive in ambiguity, and excel at translating product value into market impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how ServiceNow brings products to market.

What You'll Do

As Technical Program Manager in Outbound Product Management, you'll operate at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success:

  • Strategic Executive Support – Partner directly with OPM leadership to drive critical initiatives, creating executive-ready presentations and communications that inform product and go-to-market decisions
  • Data-Driven Insights – Pull, analyze, and visualize data using Tableau, PowerBI, and other analytics tools to surface insights on product performance, market trends, and adoption metrics
  • Cross-Organizational Leadership – Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, managing dependencies and driving alignment across the organization
  • Market and Prospecting Strategy – Create targeted prospecting lists, identify strategic customer opportunities, and support go-to-market planning that accelerates product adoption
  • Adoption Programs – Collaborate with peers across sales enablement, product marketing, and customer success to design and implement product adoption programs that drive customer value and revenue growth
  • Navigate Ambiguity – Identify problems others have missed, make reasoned decisions with imperfect information, and proactively chart the best path forward on complex, high-priority product initiatives
  • Champion Innovation – Promote design thinking and modern methodologies, acting as a change ambassador for scalable go-to-market solutions across the organization
  • Present to Leadership – Deliver confident, polished presentations to senior leadership, articulating product strategy, business cases, and program outcomes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • MBA from a top-tier business school with 3+ years of experience at a leading management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar strategy consulting background strongly preferred)
  • 8+ years total of combined consulting and program/product management experience at mid-to-large organizations
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel/advanced modeling)
  • Exceptional presentation skills – proven ability to create executive-level PowerPoint decks and present confidently to senior leadership audiences
  • Proven track record leading or significantly contributing to large, cross-functional initiatives with successful outcomes
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution – you see the big picture while managing the details
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through candor, empathy, and data-driven insights
  • Experience managing complex, ambiguous projects involving multiple teams, dependencies, and competing priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically evaluating AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Background in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy within B2B technology companies
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and customer adoption journeys
