Position Specific Description
Everyday our employees help us deliver safe, affordable, and reliable service to our more than 4.9 million customers. They are helping shape our company and how our customers see us. This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at Plant Fort Myers located in Ft. Myers,FL. Operations and I&C experience preferred. Operations fundamentals with experience and troubleshooting skillset for Ovation & Mark VI control systems. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the sites’ I&C equipment is always in excellent operational condition and available for use. Job Overview
Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
