SUMMARY
The Assistant Director of Housekeeping (“Subdirector/a de Housekeeping”) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and service. This leadership position supports the Director of Housekeeping in the day-to-day management and strategic planning of housekeeping operations, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

PAY & PERKS

• Compensation: $70,000 - $78,000 DOE**
• Earn $1000 for Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, and $350 for all other roles for each hired referral at any Evans Hotels property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Represent Evans Hotels with professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Inspire and lead the housekeeping team, fostering a positive work environment focused on collaboration, respect, and high morale.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to exceed departmental and company goals.
• Oversee the implementation and follow-through of special projects and initiatives.
• Conduct daily inspections and walkthroughs of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Manage the housekeeping incentive and recognition programs.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure consistent supply management procedures.
• Support adherence to the department’s operating budget through strategic resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proactively promote a safe working environment.
• Hospitality Specific KPIs - Key Performance Indicator: Assist with monitoring satisfaction scores (Medallia) and respond to feedback to improve cleanliness standards.
