We are hiring a Maintenance Controls Support Planner in PA Brewery.

 

We're looking for someone who… is be team-oriented and practice a "Safety First" mentality by adhering

to all GMP regulations. Holds electrical knowledge and authorization, instrument & controls knowledge,

and complete related planned and unplanned work. Able to train others in ways of working, procedures,

and documentation. Skilled in performing reviews to identify obsolete parts, and work with the central

storeroom to remove parts no longer needed. Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM’s). Daily

management to track the status of spares & rebuilds. Responsible for maintaining brewery

instrumentation.

What You'll Brew:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources and complete work required to

accomplish planned and unplanned jobs safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Must effectively

use and understand business, maintenance CMMS/DMS, and process overview trending

systems, drawings, and documents to plan, schedule, execute, review, improve, and report out

controls related work.

 

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

•  3+ years experience in industrial operations, Instrumentation & controls, maintenance, and/or

related field

• Must be available to support occasional weekend and holiday scheduled work, as necessary.

• Strong computer skills. Competent in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, MS Excel, MS

Word, MS PowerPoint

• Electrical experience and knowledge, wiring, 480v 3 phase, controls, electrical drawings, & P&IDs

• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation-based controls platforms, specifically RSLogix5000,

Studio5000, RSLinx, and RSView ME

• Experience Instrument maintenance, setup, calibration, calibration standards, comm protocols,

and equipment

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree

Physical Requirements:

• All production roles are required to pass a pre-employment physical exam to comply with their

specific role requirement(s)

• Certain roles may require the use of a respirator and passing the associated fit test

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly

• Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal

and grated surfaces

• Responsibilities may require crouching, stepping over, crawling under, bending, twisting, climbing

and reaching above head and shoulders repeatedly throughout the day

• Responsibilities may require climbing flights of stairs, working from heights or on elevated

platforms

• Ability to wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection and hard hat)

• Established dexterity so you can handle materials, operate equipment and interface with

computer systems with precision

• Some roles (e.g., forklift operator) may be required to sit for a prolonged period of time and have

strong peripheral vision and depth perception

• There is frequent exposure production environments:

• Subject to loud and constant noise

• Non-environmentally conditioned spaces which may lead to extreme hot and cold

• Operating environment is complex and densely populated with production equipment and forklifts
