Clinical Training Manager
You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a robust and comprehensive training program for the ECG Solutions Clinical Operations staff, supporting our commitment to upholding the Patient Safety & Quality goals within the organization.
Your role:
Oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and process documents for the ECG Solutions Clinical Operations.
Manage all requests for clinical educators while designing, developing, and enhancing new hire and continuing education programs for Clinical Operations.
Formulate process enhancements and ongoing education recommendations for ECG Solutions leadership team(s).
With an emphasis on target achievement, staff development, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and identifying operational improvements while working cooperatively, coach and develop the Clinical Training team.
Travel is required for this position on a quarterly basis.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with a clinical background; 2+ years’ experience planning and leading education and job training. Experience interpreting ECG rhythms is preferred.
Your skills include efficient time management, data analysis, and trend spotting abilities. Development of curriculum and e-learning is preferred.
You have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred. Additionally, an active CRAT/CCT/RN certification/license is required or must be obtained within 180 days from the date of hire.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $108,00 to $144,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
