Join us and transform science into scalable customer value as you own your ideas,  direction, and success.<br/><b>What You’ll Do</b><br/>In this pivotal role, you will:</p><ul><li>Own the global gut health portfolio: lifecycle, roadmap, positioning, and value propositions.</li><li>Act as subject-matter expert for bids, customer meetings, trainings, and technical escalations.</li><li>Convert scientific insights into portfolio strategy; define R&amp;D trial priorities and collaborate on study designs and readouts.</li><li>Lead cross-functional projects with Marketing, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Legal; track milestones, risks, and ROI.</li><li>Build and execute go-to-market plans (claims strategy, pricing guidance, launch toolkits, sales enablement).</li><li>Create compelling technical content (datasheets, guidelines, training modules) that simplifies complex science.</li><li>Capture voice-of-customer and market intelligence; benchmark competitors and shape proactive responses.</li><li>Deliver product promotion, training, and customer engagement globally; ensure post-launch performance tracking.</li></ul><p><b>Who We’re Looking For</b><br/>We’re seeking someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to own this role. You’ll need:</p><ul><li>MSc/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Microbiology, or related field, with strong gut physiology and <span>antimicrobial/antibiotic-alternative</span> expertise.</li><li>Proven experience in poultry &amp; swine within animal nutrition/feed or gut-health solutions.</li><li>8–10+ years combining technical and commercial responsibilities.</li><li>Strong project management skills leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with customer-ready narratives and effective training ability.</li><li>Comfort operating globally with diverse stakeholders and willingness to travel up to 40%.</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).</li></ul><p><b>Further Details:</b></p><ul><li><b>Business Area: </b>Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company</li><li><b>Location:</b> Global flexibility near a Nutreco hub (Hybrid: up to 2 days remote)</li><li><b>Hours: </b>Full-time (40 hours)</li></ul><p><b>What You’ll Receive</b><br/>As part of Nutreco, you’ll join a united global community driven by the purpose of Feeding the Future.
