Over the next year, we'll significantly expand our team while building the operational foundations needed to scale.&nbsp;</p> <p>That's where you come in.</p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a <strong>People &amp; Talent Lead</strong> to build and scale our People function.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating order from chaos, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited to build processes from the ground up.&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll own our People function end-to-end—from hiring exceptional talent to designing scalable HR operations that support our next stage of growth.</p> <p>Recruiting will be a significant part of the role (approximately 50%), while the remaining time will focus on building a world-class People function that enables the company to scale successfully.</p> <p>You'll work closely with managers across the company and partner directly with the Head of</p> <p>Operations to shape how we hire, develop, and support our people.</p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Own</strong></p> <p><strong>Recruiting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full recruiting lifecycle across all positions</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build exceptional hiring processes</li> <li>Source, screen, coordinate, and manage candidates throughout the process</li> <li>Manage our ATS, careers page, recruiting metrics, and employer branding initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding</li> <li>Coordinate payroll, compensation updates, benefits, and equity administration</li> <li>Prepare and maintain employment agreements and HR documentation</li> <li>Design &amp; Ensure HR processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable</li> <li>Own HR systems and continuously improve operational efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Programs</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor employee engagement and proactively identi
