This role will be an integral part of the Global People & Culture (P&C) team at Willow. Collaborate with colleagues across various functions and regions to contribute to the overall success of the P&C initiatives and design optimum performance mentoring of leaders at Willow.  Bring your passion for leadership coaching, learning and development to implement learning programs across Willow in this blended generalist and learning partnering role. 

Role

  • As a Facilitator, Coach, and People and Culture Project Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing individual and team performance within Willow's global workforce. 
  • Work closely with the P&C team to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 
  • Direct coaching for performance, emphasizing leadership development for Senior leaders. 
  • Collaboration with the global P&C team to contribute to broader organizational objectives. 
  • Design and execution of projects to enhance the overall workplace experience. 
  • Training design and facilitation on key leadership skills and people management. 
  • Some involvement in Employee Relations (ER), benefits, and general reporting. 

Kay Responsibilities

  • Coaching for Performance - 40%
  • Design and facilitate training programs - 30%
  • Project Design Management and Outcomes - 15%
  • Employee Relations and Benefits - 10%
  • Ad hoc project and generalist people and culture work - 5%

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in coaching for performance, with a focus on leaders and senior leaders. 
  • In-house mentor/coach experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, design, and execute projects. 
  • Ability to design and facilitate training programs on key leadership skills and people management. 
  • Accreditation in Agile training and behavioral training is highly desirable.
