However, our People infrastructure hasn't kept up. We currently lack a senior leader to provide strategic direction, establish necessary processes, or bridge the gap between the team and leadership. This position is about creating that foundation. You will act as the essential link, implementing the structural rigor and internal systems required for an operation of this scale.</p> <h4>&nbsp;</h4> <h4><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Set strategic direction for the People function in India while staying hands-on enough to fix what's actually broken</li> <li>Own the People function end to end, reporting into the VP of People and acting as the senior People voice in the region</li> <li>Lead and develop the local Talent Acquisition and People Ops team, giving them clear ownership and room to grow</li> <li>Partner directly with India leadership on org design, workforce planning, and the people decisions that come with running Nothing's largest market</li> <li>Set the standard for compliance across India operations; including statutory requirements, payroll accuracy, and POSH.</li> <li>Own vendor relationships (HR outsourcing, insurance, HRIS) and make the call on service quality, escalating to global People where needed</li> </ul> <h4>&nbsp;</h4> <h4><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Someone who can be the face of the People team - driving values alignment and building trust with employees and executives alike</li> <li>A tr
