Product Manager, Data Compass
What does a successful Product Manager, Data Compass do at Fiserv?
A Product Manager at Fiserv will reimagine how our clients manage data and insights, leveraging Fiserv’s Data Compass Platform. You will be building a strategy that is outcome driven with strong empathy for the user of your product. You will work closely with the VP, Product and Product Owners to determine how your competitive strategy turns into an executable roadmap for the development team. Also working closely with internal and external partners to understand the needs of our clients, and where we can provide the most value. Finally, you will collaborate with senior leaders to align your plan to Fiserv’s strategy.
What you will do:
- Drive alignment across teams with a focused strategy and ensure predictable velocity aligned with priorities.
- Interface with current and potential customers to identify and analyze market opportunities for investment.
- Collaborate with development, UX, and other stakeholders to build, launch, test, and iterate on features, ensuring a winning solution.
- Improve NPS or LTR scores through customer feedback, feature upgrades, and best practices adoption.
- Develop competitive strategies and integrate products into a coherent portfolio focused on the market.
- Establish pricing models, schedules, guidelines, and procedures to deliver complete solutions and monitor key performance indicators for product performance.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
What you will need to have:
- BS/BA and/or equivalent applicable working experience required. Advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial technology product management with a focus on data analytics in the financial industry.
What would be great to have:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with integrating products into a solution portfolio and managing them like a "product."
- Expertise in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators for product performance evaluation.
- Proven ability to establish a pricing model, schedules, guidelines, and procedures.
- Experience in creating and delivering thoughtful product information through webinars, blogs, eBooks, and other mediums.
- High degree of empathy for users, clients, and channel/ecosystem partners, and experience in using user journey mapping, & value-based product prioritization

Salary Range
$87,500.00 - $150,200.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
