Greenhouse is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager (with Portuguese & Spanish) to join our team!

Greenhouse is the world’s fastest-growing enterprise talent acquisition suite and the person in this role will continue to drive our expansion in LATAM. The CSAM is responsible for customer retention, growth & expansion opportunities, and continued product adoption and optimisation. This role will partner with our customers to help them drive and adopt talent acquisition and recruiting best practices within their organisations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a book of customers in the LATAM region - SMB right through to Enterprise
  • Be responsible for renewals and expansion
  • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
  • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers organisations
  • Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally

You should have

  • Professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management or Talent Acquisition, a plus

 

Applicants must be currently authorised to work in the Republic of Ireland on a full-time basis.

Applicants must have permission to work in Ireland on an ongoing basis. Greenhouse is not in a position to support employment permit applications for this role.
