Delivery Hero is looking for a Senior SEM / Inbound Marketing Expert, Europe (all genders) to join our amazing Regional Performance Marketing team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. 

Your mission:

• You support building the strategy for all inbound marketing online paid channels (Google Ads “SEM/ACI/UAC”, Apple Search Ads “ASA”) and organic channels (ASO, SEO). Experience with organic channels (ASO, SEO) and affiliates would be a plus but is not mandatory.

• You have experience with app acquisition campaigns, ad privacy and its impact on attribution.

• You own a large inbound media budget for all European markets.

• You drive budget allocation between channels to increase ROI.

• You are not afraid to deepdive into the marketing campaigns and challenge the campaign structure. 

• You prioritize tasks to make sure that the team is focusing on activities that will deliver the best outcomes. 

• You are in contact with Google and Apple teams to test new features and early Betas. 

Your heroic skills:

• You’ve gained 3 years of professional experience within inbound online marketing on web and app.

• You managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels (SEM, ASA, ACI/UAC)

• You have app acquisition expertise.

• You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or similar field

• Optionally, but would be a great plus, you have experience in SEO, ASO.

• You understand tracking and attribution models and their limitations

• You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure

• You are used to producing business analysis that the firm can rely on

• You are a great communicator, highly motivated, with a hands-on mentality

• You have lead projects, instructed teams and managed various stakeholders

• You are curious and interested in the latest trends & technologies

• You are data-driven and can identify automation opportunities (smart bidding, feeds..)

• You thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment

• You can have fun at work and don’t take yourself too seriously
