We achieve this by offering continuous learning and development, collaborative team work environment, promotion of work-life integration, and exposure to a wide variety of work.</p><p>Imagine your future at MUFG Investor Services where you can grow professionally, in a diverse and inclusive workplace that rewards your contribution. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Produce and review monthly Investment Manager reports for distribution to potential and current investors</li><li>Produce and review other valuation and performance reporting as required, and make available to the intended audience</li><li>Ensure that valuation and performance data is loaded to internal systems</li><li>Review administrator NAV calculations for accuracy and completeness, and liaise with the administrator to ensure any issues are resolved</li><li>Review custodian reconciliations on a regular basis, and ensure breaks are resolved promptly</li><li>Ensure that management and performance fees receivable are reported accurately and on time</li><li>Review annual financial statements, and ensure that published statements are made available to investors</li><li>Produce other ad hoc reporting as required to fulfil both internal and external requirements</li><li>Suggest and work on initiatives to streamline internal processes, both to mitigate risk and enhance process efficiency</li><li>Rigorously follow internal control processes</li><li>Train new team members (in person or remotely) on existing as well as new processes</li><li>Maintain and update process documentation</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of relevant experience</li><li>University or College business degree with a concentration in Finance or other applicable business areas</li><li>Relevant designation in accounting, finance, or management is an asset</li><li>Strong computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Working experience in Geneva, OpenSTaARS an asset</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly an asset.</li><li>Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options, etc. preferred but not required</li><li>Proven investigative, analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with clients</li><li>Accounting systems experience is strongly preferred</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At MUFG Investor Services, we are exceptionally proud of our approach to Hybrid Working.
