Global Product Manager - Aarhus

<p>Do you have a strong background within product management and/or a project leader role within FMCG? Then this could be the right opportunity for you. You will be placed in Aarhus, but be a part of the Global Product Management department in Arla located in seven different countries. </p> <p> </p> <p>How you will make an impact</p> <p>As product manager for one or more of our dairies, your overall responsibility will be to manage, develop and optimize our product assortment portfolio across strategic brands such as Lurpak®, Arla® and Castello® as well as local brands. </p> <p> </p> <p>You will be the primary point of contact and partner in driving a diverse portfolio of activities such as handling concept, product and packaging requests from marketing and sales organisations. Furthermore you will be leading or involved in investment cases, sustainability projects, product moves or other relevant projects within the area. </p> <p> </p> <p>You will have a key role in managing diverse agendas and be a knowledge resource ensuring smooth coordination and cooperation between the dairies, marketing/sales organisations and other supporting functions in Arla Foods – all to ensure the right product and solution are delivered at the right cost and time.</p> <p> </p> <p>As Global Product Manager you will play a key role in our global team and have a unique opportunity to be involved with product management in a truly global dairy company.</p> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p>Building on your background, you have a strong business understanding and experience with product management and/or project management. Your education is a business degree, ideally at Master’s level, which has given you a solid analytical foundation. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the search for continuous improvement, you have a curious, proactive mindset and have a good sense for how to navigate between stakeholders across various functions. You show attention to detail, have a structured approach to your work and are motivated by being part of a team that delivers on a diverse agenda with multiple tasks – all at the same time. Lastly you have a “can-do” attitude to get things done.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI) and processes are part of the role in order to handle marketing of products and brands.
