About your role
Juniper Square is looking for someone to help build our processes and controls across our Investor Services teams. In this role you will own the critical strategic decisions that will drive revenue growth across the business as it relates to our Services Strategy. In addition, you will collaborate with team members across the Client Experience (CX) teams, Marketing, Product and Sales to identify how we can grow our administration business while maintaining a best-in-class experience for our customers and prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to fill a brand new role at the company, and one that will drive a major impact for both Juniper Square and our customers.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the design of new processes and controls as it relates to our services delivery strategy across all of CX as well as cross functional requirements with Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering
- Own the implementation of Investran
- Scope new processes to drive efficiencies, including:
- Determining what is included / excluded in each new services offering, both initially and how this should evolve over time
- Understanding what additional capabilities we need to develop, across both software and services, to effectively deliver each service
- Design the operational delivery of services to customers, including:
- Defining roles and responsibilities across the CX teams
- Defining staffing models across the CX teams
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry
- Experience in implementing cross functional service structures in a SaaS environment
- Prior experience with Investran
- Deep understanding of Juniper Square’s customers and their challenges
- Experience working with Enterprise and Institutional customers and understanding their service needs
- Commercial mindset, including an ability to identify expansion opportunities for Juniper Square and evaluate the benefits, costs and risks associated with pursuing those opportunities
- Comfort with ambiguity, including an ability to deliver quickly with limited resources or information
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Effective analysis, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with others in a concise, prescriptive, persuasive and professional manner
- Experience working with external clients
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure
- Must be creative and work well as a member of a team to drive decision making
- Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
- Systems experience with Asana, Office, G-Suite, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk a plus

Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
