Product Analyst
As a Product Analyst, you will work with our engineering, safety, implementation, sales, documentation, and customer support teams to deliver on the roadmap and improve the customer experience for various government incentive programs including but not limited to MIPS, ACO, Promoting Interoperability, CPC Plus, etc.
Responsibilities

- Analyze and review Pharmacy & Medications requirements based on industry standards and customer requirements.
- Perform in-depth analysis of technical specifications and facilitate design, development, and release cycles.
- Perform gap analysis between requirements and current eClinicalWorks functionality, scope evaluation, documentation of functional specification.
- Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation.
- Manage the screen designs and works with Usability team internally and externally.
- Work closely with team lead, team members, sales, and development team to define a product strategy. Identify a plan that lists milestones and timelines on a roadmap for deliverable.
- Knowledge transfer to build awareness and understanding amongst internal teams like QA, Implementation and Support.
- Keep up with the latest and greatest in terms of changes and updates on the Population Health Programs standards updates and educate the respective teams with the changes and see how this will affect the product currently been used and the enhancements that are getting developed.
- Attend every User group meeting organized by the Client User groups to get updates and feedback either on the product or the programs.
- Perform Market Research on frequent basis to see where the industry is moving towards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adheres to all company polices and mandatory compliance protocols as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy preferably recently.
- Knowledge of day-to-day Pharmacy operations.
- Must have worked with a Pharmacy Management System set up and management.
- Understanding of Regulatory aspect of Pharmacy operations.
- Must have detailed understanding of Pharmacy insurance contracts and drug pricing.
- Preferred working knowledge of FQHCs operations and 340B programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain a requirement functionally as well as technically.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities / projects and be able to handle difficult situations and tight time constraints.
- Adept at working in an agile development organization and understanding of SDLC.
- Knowledge of Jira, Wrike, Figma preferred.
- Knowledge of relational databases like MYSQL, MSSQL (includes querying, scripting, stored procedures, PLSQL etc.) preferred.
- Detailed and analytically oriented.
- Accountability and meeting deliverables is a must.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and desire for constant learning.
- A team player, who contributes to team effort by accomplishing common goals as needed.
