Job Summary:
Delegate duties to the staff to ensure daily operations in an efficient manner. Ensures consistency in quality, ambiance, service, value and cleanliness of the facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for warehouse management and employee supervision and training
- Direct the receiving, stocking, rotations, pulling, loading and shipping procedures to insure accuracy and efficiency
- Directly responsible for accuracy of requisitions, avoid errors in miss pulls, product codes and purchase units
- Oversees cleanliness of all area of warehouse, walk ins, loading dock, parking spaces, vehicles, general area and bins
- Insures warehouse crew abides by all employee standards set by management, including inventory control, par levels, vendor relations and ordering
- Communication with haul cat drivers to insure deliveries remain on schedule
- Meet all goals and requirements outlined in budget
Additional Responsibilities:
- Customer relations
- Maintaining paperwork, payroll, personnel issues
- Other duties and deemed necessary
- Maintain and approve daily and weekly payroll
Job Qualifications:
- High school education with a college degree preferred
- 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of managerial skills and training, customer relations
- Knowledge of computers and purchasing software
- Valid, Colorado driver’s license
- Management skills
- Customer relations knowledge necessary
- Ability to work a flexible scheduling, including overnight shift
The expected pay range is $60,000 - $70,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
