Sr. Analyst, Policy and Process Governance – LMD Trust & Safety

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Analyst to join the Policy and Process Governance team within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety organization. This role will support the development, documentation, and monitoring of governance frameworks across policies, processes, data, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving operational consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy & Process Support
• Assist in documenting and maintaining Trust & Safety policies and standard operation procedures.
• Create and update process maps, workflows, and governance documentation.
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to established policies.

• Data Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain inventories of data assets and AI/ML models used in Trust & Safety operations.
  • Support data quality checks and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data
  • practices align with governance standards.
• Platform Governance Assistance
  • Help manage access controls and permissions for T&S-owned systems.
  • Monitor compliance with data protection and security protocols.

• Change Management Documentation
  • Track policy and platform changes, including version control and change logs.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and communications for policy updates.
• Cross-functional Coordination
  • Gather feedback from operational teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support governance initiatives in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Product teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, policy governance, data analysis, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks or regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or governance practices.
