Senior IT Support Specialist

We use an agile, cloud-native approach to empower clients to seize the full potential of the public cloud.<br/></p> <p><strong>Your daily work:</strong></p> <ul><li>Managing the corporate infrastructure</li><li>Managing user accounts in various SaaS services</li><li>Administrative tasks in SaaS services, especially Azure AD</li><li>Testing and evaluating new SaaS services</li><li>Creating and updating documentation surrounding IT services</li><li>Contributing to the creation and maintenance of IT guidelines and processes</li><li>Drive IT to change initiatives within the organization, own specific areas of the IT landscape</li><li>Developing existing IT services and driving their implementation</li><li>Cooperating closely with the global IT team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the proper level of internal IT services.<br/> </li></ul><p><strong>Your skills and attributes of success:</strong><br/></p> <ul><li>Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in IT related areas</li><li>Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Have the ability to plan projects and execute them independently</li><li>Have integrity and attention to detail</li><li>Have a good knowledge of different operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux)</li><li>Have previous experience with JIRA Service Desk or similar ITSM software</li><li>Have an excellent knowledge of Azure AD services and administration</li><li>Previous experience of Google, Office 365, and Public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) services and administration</li><li>Know the basics of network infrastructure, both hardware, and configuration</li><li>Fluent communication skills in <strong>English</strong> and <strong>Finnish</strong></li></ul> <p><strong>Your super-powers (we’d consider any of these as a big plus):</strong><br/></p> <ul><li>ITIL Foundation certification, or similar</li><li>Azure AD related certificates</li><li>Experience of Intune</li><li>Knowledge of OKTA</li><li>Good knowledge of Atlassian services</li></ul> <p>If you don’t meet all of the desired criteria, but still <strong>fit most of the requirements</strong>, we encourage you to <strong>apply</strong><strong> anyway</strong>.
