We are currently around 50 people supporting digitalisation and project management and we are expected to grow further in the next years to support standardisation in Global Operations. Reporting to the VP of the area, you will be part of starting the standardisation journey and setting the direction on how to successfully reach our ambition while also executing on specific standardisation initiatives.  </p> <p><br/> Champion change with an end-to-end process mindset: embrace curiosity and help others see possibilities<br/> Your overall responsibility will be to scope, plan and execute standardisation efforts to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall performance of Global Operations. You will be collaborating with our top leadership in Global Operations to set the standardisation agenda and ensure its successful execution. <br/>  <br/> Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and communicate the Global Operations' standardisation transformation strategy, vision, and roadmap to all levels of the business incl. senior leadership </li> <li>Lead and oversee a global portfolio of standardisation projects and initiatives and establish a clear and compelling narrative for the transformation</li> <li>Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of standardisation initiatives</li> <li>Foster alignment across all business units and functions, ensuring they are working cohesively towards standardisation objectives while continuously evaluating and reporting the progress and results of the efforts</li> <li>Execute on specific standardisation initiatives in close collaboration with the process owners which will be a substantial part of the job as well</li> <li>Collaborate with top leaders, department heads, and process owners to drive cross-functional transformation initiatives e.g., training, knowledge sharing, community building </li> <li>Ensure alignment and a close link to our digitalisation roadmap</li> <li>Promote a culture of innovation, change readiness and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Experienced in driving transformations and great ability to create followship<br/> As a person you are great at building trust and creating a safe space on both team and individual level.
