Edelman is looking for a Freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Manager focused on creative and production freelance hiring. This role involves attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top freelance talent to meet the organization's needs, while building a network of freelancers in Creative, Design, Production, and Digital to support various projects and initiatives. The position is temporary, expected to last 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
- Freelancer Sourcing and Acquisition
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and attract freelance talent through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Collaborate with the US Resource Management team and hiring managers to understand freelance hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Proactively reach out to potential freelance candidates to build a talent pool for current and future needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications of freelance candidates.
- Ensure candidates align with the organization's values and project requirements 8.
- Maintain a well-organized database of freelance talent, monitoring their availability and performance
- Engage and nurture relationships with high-performing freelance talent.
- Work closely with Resource Management, hiring managers, and finance to understand project requirements
- Communicate effectively with freelancers regarding project details and expectations.
- Ensure freelance hiring practices comply with labor laws and regulations, including contract management and tax considerations.
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in recruitment within a Production, PR, Creative, Digital, or Advertising agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is a multi-tasking expert with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Experience with creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn are essential, along with a solid understanding of skills specific to Creative, Design, Production, and Content Creation.
- Highly organized, experienced with recruitment tools, such as an ATS
- Excellent communication skills
- Good judgment and confidentiality are crucial, as is the ability to adapt to a fast-paced agency environment
