We are currently seeking a SAP Delivery Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is a customer facing onshore SAP Delivery Manager. The candidate must have experience in the following:

• Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple projects within an Account or work area. 
• Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations.
  Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members. 
• Directs the efforts of others and provides oversight into all aspects of project delivery—both at the strategic and tactical levels. 
• Develops and maintains strong relationships at the executive level within the client organization. 
• Executes and manages functional and business goals for the group including budgetary goals and objectives
• Responsible for SLA/KPI tracking and Management
• Point of escalation for all Customer and internal escalations
• Manage large projects and good number of resources without any issues
• Status (WSR/MSR/QBR) reporting for internal as well as external stake holders
• Manage all Deliverables with the help of Functional and Technical leads
• Responsible and Drive for creation of Ideas, Automation and Innovation
• Resource Management and allocation based on Work load and Priority. 
• Mentor for all Team Leads and Senior resources on the project/account.

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of PM
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results. 
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects 
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. 
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required 
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

 

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a full cycle SAP implementation as well as in support projects.
• 5+ years designing and configuring PM modules. 
• 8+ years progressive technology experience

Desired Skills:
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time 
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective 
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others 
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $77,600 - $172,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

 

NOTE - Preference given to candidates in EST and CST Time Zones.
