Job Description
The Quality Standards Trainer is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees at the client business account. Assess developmental needs to drive training and service initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and frequent inspections for quality and safety and implement corrective action.
- Conduct training and retraining as needed and follow recommended training process.
- Provide visible, high-energy services and demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent guest service skills.
- Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with associates, peers, customers, and managers.
- Produce and maintain a training calendar/schedule for all departments.
- Track and create reports on outcomes of all training.
- Train new associates on approved operational policies and procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with departmental management and leadership to coordinate training topics/programs.
- Assist supervisors and managers in designing training programs specific to their department.
- Deliver material and measure effectiveness of training.
- Design, plan and present staff hands-on training.
- Create, maintain, and utilize training materials and audio-visual training aids.
- Maintain and track all company training.
- Provide functional/operational support to work area as essential personnel during times of emergency, catastrophe, safety, inclement weather, etc.
- Complete special projects as needed and required by management.
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous training or facilities or administration teaching experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledgeable about learning systems and styles.
- Superior communication, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
- Must be able to follow oral or written instructions and directions.
- Must be proficient in Power Point.
- Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in facilitating meetings desirable.
- Ability to stand, climb, bend stoop and crouch for extended periods of time.
