We’re searching for a creative, connected and hands-on Food & Beverage Marketing Manager to champion our culinary destinations: From Here by Mike, Crane Bar & Lounge, and Upstairs. Your mission? To bring each space to life through compelling storytelling, strategic events, and community-focused marketing.
🌸 What you’ll do
- Create & execute marketing strategies that align with our purpose and drive engagement
- Activate events that connect people with food, music, culture and conscious living
- Collaborate on entertainment programming - from DJs to live music
- Lead social content & calendars across all F&B channels
- Work with creative partners to visually capture our guest experience and seasonal moments
- Track campaign performance and report on what’s resonating and what’s next

- Are deeply embedded in Melbourne’s food, beverage, and culture scene
- Have a natural eye for brand, detail and aesthetic
- Love to be hands-on, collaborative, and creative in fast-paced environments
- Know your way around Canva, Instagram, and event marketing
- Bonus: experience in music, entertainment, or lifestyle marketing
