Job Description
As a Regional Business Leader for our House of Rohl brands, you will play a key role in growing market share growth across all target markets and product categories. This role is about building relationships, guiding a high-performing team, and fostering collaboration to achieve success.
You will develop and execute regional sales strategies by working closely and managing your team of sales managers and influencing independent sales reps to maximize opportunities. By leveraging data-driven insights, market expertise, and teamwork, you will identify growth potential, refine sales plans, and exceed annual targets.
In this role, you will cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous growth, ensuring your team is supported with training, resources, and the latest technology. You will also monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive shifts, providing valuable insights to senior leadership.

Position location: This position is eligible for a remote schedule based out of either Los Angeles, CA area or Phoenix, AZ.
Travel Requirements: This role requires 4-5 overnight trips per month, with additional travel as needed for key meetings and events. The assigned territory includes Central California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and some areas of Mexico.
What you will be doing:
- Develop regional sales strategies that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories
- Understand House of Rohl’s strategic direction and execute regional activities consistent with this strategy
- Understand all target markets, as well as interdependencies between channel influencers/decision makers, and work collaboratively drive share growth
- Cultivate an environment of high performance through target setting, measuring and managing work, team collaboration, performance management, employee development and ensuring the proper rewards and recognition are in place
- Formulate Regional Sales Plan that incorporates strategies and programs with short and long term goals for each target market and key customers; take advantage of current business as well as exploiting all incremental market share opportunities to achieve/exceed annual sales targets
- Create an accurate forecast for the region and key accounts on a monthly basis and provide meaningful insights on customer and market performance
- Build bench strength by recruiting, training and developing best-in-class sales professionals.
- Leverage technology to drive field effectiveness and efficiencies
- Monitor and communicate business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance to senior leadership
- Foster an environment of accountability, embrace change and change management as well as lead by example
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
- 3+ years guiding and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience working with independent sales representative agencies.
- Experience using a CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Ability to travel 4-5 nights per month within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field OR instead of degree, 4+ years commiserate experience.
- Experience in building materials or consumer products.
