We now want to make fossil free living possible within one generation and we are driving the transition to a sustainable energy system.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Do you want to shape the future?</strong></p><p>We are offering an exciting opportunity as <strong>Associate Project Coordinator – Maritime, Defence and Systems </strong>to be an important part in paving the way for Vattenfall and its customers and partners towards a fossil free future!</p><p>As our new <strong>Associate Project Coordinator – Maritime, Defence and Systems </strong>you will together with the project teams, dedicated experts and the functional leads in Consenting establish, drive and manage matters relating to our offshore windfarms; co-existing with the requirements of operations of internal and external aviation, maritime, defence and critical energy infrastructure protection. You will be reporting to the Head of Consenting, Project Development, BU Offshore Wind.</p><p><strong>Join our journey towards Fossil Free Living within one generation.</strong> <strong>  </strong></p><p>The Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like PV/Solar. Our offshore business is amongst the top three players globally and we are currently constructing the world’s first subsidy free offshore site. Our offshore portfolio consists at present of 2,0 GW installed capacity and 2,5 GW, which are under construction or in pre-construction. It is our clear ambition to continue and even accelerate our strong growth in the future, and help Vattenfall succeed in its mission to make fossil free living possible within one generation.</p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><p>As our new <strong>Associate Project Coordinator – Maritime, Defence and Systems</strong> you will work with multiple stakeholders both internal as well as external. You will support the development of new projects both in the early establishment as well as during bidding, consenting and construction and during operations. You will work with the other experts to secure a change in the external view of how offshore wind impacts martime, defence and systems, co-existence and presence in the areas and markets where we acquire projects You will work with project and engineering teams on finding innovative solutions to establish Vattenfall in a driving position. Furthermore, you will support in the development of an industry approach on how to tackle Offshore Wind as critical energy infrastructure. You will also support on tasks within the onshore portfolio.</p><p><br/> <strong>Your tasks and responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Provide support through researching topics, drafting, checking and finalizing briefings, reports and letters, writing up meeting notes, social media input, following up with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Address identified aviation, maritime, defence and critical energy infrastructure barriers to the projects in development</li><li>Arrange and support meetings, workshops, conference calls, events and visits, and co-ordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders including industry, defence staff and government officials</li><li>Manage the team’s interface across our portfolios and projects with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Input to regular industry/stakeholder committees and groups on behalf of Vattenfall</li><li>Negotiate and construct coherent and clear positions on policy as it relates to wind energy development</li><li>Represent Vattenfall at national and international conferences, often presenting to large technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Input to key project management processes, including risk registers, business cases, progress reports and management meetings</li><li>Contribute to publications and reports</li><li>Ensure lessons learned and feedback loop to Project Development, Technical Solution and Generation</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Work place can be in Kolding in Denmark or Stockholm in Sweden.
