Enterprise Applications & Intelligent Automation Manager

About the Role

The Enterprise Applications & Intelligent Automation Manager owns the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and intelligent automation that support critical business processes. This role operates at the intersection of business operations, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled automation, translating business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions.

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned enterprise applications and automation capabilities, partnering closely with business leaders, IT, data teams, and vendors. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in complex environments and delivers measurable business impact through disciplined execution, process improvement, and governed intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across domains such as quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and hire-to-retire, ensuring processes are documented, measurable, and optimized
• Act as product owner for assigned enterprise applications and automation capabilities, leading requirements discovery, defining priorities, and translating business needs into delivery backlogs and success metrics
• Lead business process analysis and solution design for application enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives in partnership with IT, data teams, and vendors
• Manage and execute application and automation roadmaps aligned to business and IT priorities, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health
• Identify, design, and implement intelligent automation using workflow tools, RPA, low-code platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities within established automation governance standards
• Apply automation governance across intake, design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable automation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across enterprise applications, integrations, and reporting outputs, partnering with analytics teams as needed

What You Bring

• 8 plus years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, automation, or related roles
• Hands-on experience owning or supporting cross-functional business processes and translating requirements into technology solutions
• Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and system rationalization efforts
• Experience contributing to or leading intelligent automation initiatives using RPA, workflow orchestration, low-code, or AI-enabled too
