Quality Specialist Coordinator
NSFAbout the role
NSF is seeking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to its growing team. In this role, you will be work within the Quality Compliance and Risk (QCR) Team to ensure effective organizational compliance and development and maintenance of the NSF Quality Management System to meet scheme and accreditation standard requirements. Specific job work will be assigned based on Team or business needs.
Supporting the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Supporting the preparation of QCR metrics and KPI reports
Assisting with continuous improvement projects
Participating in the review and update of QCR documentation and procedures
Triaging received complaints and investigating assigned complaints
Completing Listings requests from businesses to create and issue Certification Documentation to clients
Performing other duties as requested

- College degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 0-2 years of experience in a quality, regulatory, manufacturing or certification/testing environment (preferred), or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to act impartially and maintain the confidentiality of NSF activities at all times, including that of its clients
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to work in multiple software platforms and databases
- Preferred knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards
