You apply your experiences in finance and industry foresight to lead conversations on critical client issues with Head of Finance and business leaders. 

You support our client in a wide range of various projects in the EU Institutions from strategy definition to implementation by:

• Bringing your expertise in the fields of Finance strategy, Strategic and Financial Planning and Reporting, Transparency and Performance Reporting, Costing and Profitability
• Participate in the optimization of finance processes, e.g. in the areas of Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting Costing or Closing & Consolidation
• Support the assessment of the current performance of the institutions’ processes, organization and technology through benchmarking with industry peers
• Participate in the definition of a structured roadmap to implement the identified improvement areas and bring performance to the next level, but also a system integrated vision of the target operating model
• Play a key role in the delivery of engagements, including leading the approach, liaising with stakeholders, and coaching juniors in the project team. 
• Participate in the development of our business by working out offers tailor-made to our customer's needs on finance, risk or business transformations 
• Strengthen the client relationships and proactively identify and help pursue new business opportunities

Let’s talk about you

• Minimum 6 years relevant industry, business, consulting and technological professional experience
• Expertise in Finance organisation, controlling activities, processes, operating models and knowledge in tools for Finance
• You have experience with finance and reporting tools such as SAP, Anaplan and Qlik (Sense)
• Communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organisation
