About the role
As a Corporate Purchasing Manager, you will lead a high-performing divisional procurement team of 5–12 professionals, managing $1–$2 billion in annual spend across 30–50 manufacturing sites. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, build strong supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is enterprise-critical, requiring frequent collaboration with divisional executives and leaders in Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality to align procurement strategies with corporate objectives.
Key Job Accountabilities
Executive-Level Procurement Leadership
- Own divisional sourcing execution for direct and indirect materials, aligning with Amcor’s global procurement framework.
- Lead or collaborate on high-value contract negotiations, securing favorable terms on pricing, delivery, and quality.
