Are you an experienced OT professional seeking a strategic and impactful role? Join Copeland’s Cybersecurity team as an OT Security Leader, where you’ll drive critical projects to secure our global manufacturing environments and networks against evolving cyber threats. This role is an opportunity to shape industry standards, influence secure architectures, and lead innovative security solutions.

AS AN OT SECURITY LEADER, YOU WILL:

• Lead and shape the OT Security Program, defining strategy, overseeing project initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
• Provide guidance and expertise to global Operational Technology and Manufacturing teams, assisting in the proper development, design, and implementation of secure systems, applications, and networks.
• Partner closely with cross-functional IT and OT teams to implement robust security controls, ensuring configurations align with best practices and industry standards.
• Define and document security requirements including standardized technologies, solutions, and processes to further protect manufacturing from relevant cyber threats.
• Oversee the implementation of firewalls, segmentation, and other security solutions.
• Partner with internal resources to execute risk and other security assessments to help identify potential gaps or weaknesses.

Required Education, Experience & Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience, and eight 8+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), with a particular focus on securing operational technology in manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with Operational Technology and Manufacturing systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and architecture.
• Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
• Proven leader with the ability to drive consensus and inspire teams through exceptional communication and motivation, capable of translating technical requirements into actionable security initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and lead teams towards a common goal
• Strong planning and project management skills with an ability to work with multiple teams

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience 10+ years of experience
• Familiar with risk assessments and management processes
• Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
• Professional certifications like CISSP, GICSP, GCIP
