We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us!&nbsp;<a href="https://vimeo.com/652202630/3ae8c047b6">Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!</a></p> <p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Lead Lot Operations or other designated manager, you will assist with outside functions to support lot movements and general operations before, during, and after sale day. In this role, you will assist on the lot, including driving the service truck, lot tow truck (non-DOT), and forklift, to ultimately maintain accurate inventory flow and ensure vehicle readiness.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lot Operations Support:</strong> Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickering (run and customer stickers), marking vehicles on the spot, moving vehicles using a lot tow truck or forklift, and operating the service truck to support the driver team.</li> <li><strong>Inventory Accuracy:</strong> Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record the movement of vehicles on the property.</li> <li><strong>Vehicle Readiness:</strong> Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles and adding fluids (gas, water, etc), adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status while maintaining accurate lot organization.</li> <li><strong>Property Management:</strong> Handle the removal of personal property from vehicles.</li> <li><strong>Operational Flow:</strong> Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure an efficient flow of inventory from vehicle check-in to the auction sale line.</li> <li><strong>Customer &amp; Admin Support:</strong> Provide customer service su
