Research assistance needed for a project investigating how Indigenous Curriculum Specialists can best support universities’ professors in infusing Indigenous contents, pedagogies, and philosophies throughout their curricula. Activities include organizing professional learning workshops; analysing survey, sharing circles and interviews results; and help organizing and attending meetings.
L'assistance à la recherche requise pour un projet sur la manière dont les Spécialistes de contenu curriculaire autochtone peuvent le mieux soutenir les professeurs d’universités dans l’infusion de contenus, pédagogies et philosophies autochtones dans leurs curriculums. Les activités incluent : organiser des ateliers de développement professionnels ; analyser les résultats de sondages, cercles de partage et d’entrevues, et organiser et assister aux réunions de l’équipe.
Minimum Qualifications
Due to the nature of the work, the research assistant must be Indigenous (see s. 16(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act). Moreover, he or she must be fluent in English.
