Description of the role:

Join our team at Johnson City Acura/Mazda as an Experienced Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate services
• Managing work orders and communicating with the service department
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any service-related issues
• Keeping accurate records of all transactions and interactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a TOP PERFORMER and consistently deliver the best numbers
•  Your compensation package will be a direct reflection of your performance

• $ 2000.00 Sign-on bonus
