About the role
In person 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY
Respond to incidents involving LangSmith and LangGraph Platform (Cloud SaaS) during PST/EST on-call hours, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability and performance of our commercial products (LangSmith and LangGraph Platform).
Develop and automate solutions to reduce manual intervention in operations.
Continue to improve monitoring and alerting capabilities using observability solutions like Datadog.
How to be successful in this role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastucture or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog).
Strong knowledge of Redis and PostgresProgramming experience, particularly in Python and Go
Familiarity with ClickHouse and Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a distributed team
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.
Annual salary range: $145,000-$195,000 USD for Senior Engineers
