Senior Manager, Operations - Last Mile Delivery, Driver Experience (App Experience)

Position Summary...

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations, to lead the business strategy for App Experience within the Spark Driver Platform. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention, and to set drivers up for success throughout their journey on the Spark Driver App. Using your strategic vision, program management, and analytical skills, you will partner with Product and Operations stakeholders to define a multi-year roadmap to improve the usability and clarity of the Spark Driver App. The successful candidate will be able to identify new ways to communicate information and will have a strong aptitude for simplifying complex process flows.

What you'll do...

• Define, measure, and track KPIs that speak to improved experience for drivers.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to meet program, organizational, and company objectives.
• Lead alignment efforts across cross-functional business teams, Product, Tech, Legal, and cross-business teams.
• Build and execute testing and rollout plans in partnership with Product and Tech.
• Ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and communications for program objectives.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and validate where the Spark Driver App is in its maturity curve.
• Develop business cases to support new ideas and get leadership support for key initiatives.
• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to always be looking for improvement opportunities.

What you'll bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program or project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar project-focused strategic role.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional presentation skills with strong experience building and leading executive presentations.
• Expert understanding of selecting the right metrics and KPIs to track and manage business goals.
• Proven ability to build partnerships, communicate, and collaborate effectively within an organization and work in a team setting.
• Experienced working with product and tech teams to design solutions to business problems and building business cases for program needs.
• End-to-end project management skills.

You'll sweep us off our feet if you have:

• Prior experience in the gig driver industry or similar marketplace-based platforms.
• Experience working to improve satisfaction metrics like CSAT or NPS.
• Prior experience in a User Experience Role.
