SCM Expert Operational Performance

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

 

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

 

• Review, consolidate and communicate monthly reporting of SCM Performance with plants based on SCM KPIs and regular management reports
• Drive analysis of SCM-related KPI of the plants to support CI and Lessons Learned by proposing potential solutions to the plants
• Define regional benchmarking and identify potential improvements (plants) in order to ensure optimal SCM performance and implementation of benchmark solutions (acc. global definitions)
• Define and implement regional optimization projects in alignment with global functions
• Define and review plant roadmap of SCM Performance Improvement, drive CI by monitoring plant projects and align activities between plants
• Challenge the plants in terms of budget planning and forecasting to ensure cost optimization in line with benchmark data in alignment with global functions
• Functional leado for TMS in Region AM

 

This is what you bring to us

 

• Master degree (ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management/Logistics)
• Several years of practical work experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• Experience of managing teams and projects, Very good knowledge of English and intercultural agility
• High level of target orientation, problem solving skills and analytical skills
• High level of commitment, persistence, persuasive power and self-reliance as well as team spirit and very good communication skills
• Ability to travel is a must have , Ability to think and act strategically, Good Knowhow of SAP R/3 processes and other IT Tools
