Job Description Summary

Develop strategies and best practices to strengthen retirement client relationships with a focus on business retention and growth. Establish new programs and processes to facilitate additional product sales and improve client satisfaction while leading retention efforts and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a vision and roadmap for client engagement associates and client executives to build on existing business to achieve growth and profitability.
• Challenge and inspire teams to develop a deep understanding of plan sponsor needs and devise solutions.
• Lead the request for proposal (RFP) process on retention while coordinating with Client Engagement and Sales.
• Create and prepare management reports on trends, results, and requested information.
• Identify key focus areas for teams to meet performance objectives and provide resources to execute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Ten years of experience in the retirement or employee benefit industry, with at least five years in a leadership role
• FINRA Series 6, 26, and 63
• Experience leading a team and working with external clients in client engagement, retention, sales and sales support
