Your RoleAs a Back End Developer, you will:Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications using Java, spring and a microservices backend.Innovate: Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks.Collaborate: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
What We’re Looking ForRequirements:- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and spring. - Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance.- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
Nice to Have:- An understanding and experience working with React front ends.- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
