Shifts plus tips included

Duties and Responsibilities:

• All duties of server.
• Work with F&B Manager to place orders and keep accurate inventory.
• Support the planning and execution of golf tournaments, private events, and special functions, ensuring seamless food and beverage service.
• Assist in development of strategies to enhance overall food and beverage experience.
• Accountable for cash handlings and deposits when applicable.
• Light cooking required depending on location.
• Maintain club appearance and keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Conduct behavior towards employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Verify accuracy of prices, tips and other charges on all guest checks and accurately operate the POS system.
• Assist F&B Manager with payroll and other reporting.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Must wear non-slip shoes.
• Report all injuries and hazard concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage.
• Good computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Point of Sale experience required.
• Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.
