Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Leading and managing a team of at least 10 employees
  • Supervising, supporting, and motivating team members to achieve collective goals
  • Ensuring operational efficiency by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting agreed targets
  • Facilitating effective communication within the team to foster collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing enhancements
  • Collaborating closely with the HR department to address personnel-related matters
  • Processing orders and overseeing the entire procurement process
  • Creating and closing purchase orders based on established rules and regulations
  • Maintaining SAP content, including updating information records and source lists
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines in accordance with agreed-upon terms
  • Managing stakeholders within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Resolving escalations and providing support to team members, particularly in addressing delivery or quantity deviations
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in billing and goods receipts caused by suppliers
  • Offering outstanding complaint support against suppliers
  • Documenting and archiving data according to defined requirements
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) within assigned responsibilities
  • Providing helpdesk service for internal customers
  • Supporting transition processes and additional projects

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
  • Min. 5-year SSC experience
  • Min 2-year leadership expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of ERP tools (e.g. SAP MM)
  • Transformation process and change management experience
  • Advanced English (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work in a team and international environment
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude and very good analytical thinking
  • Strong customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability of multi-tasking
  • Ability to manage high work volume under time pressure
  • Willingness and readiness to travel on business
