Job Description:
How you will contribute:
- Partner with existing Sr. Client Partner to execute on programmatic requirements within NH DHHS agreement
- Navigate accountabilities and outcomes across many cross functional groups at DentaQuest (Customer Support, Audit Team, Claims Operations, Reporting, Clinical, etc.)
- Establish community relationships and partnerships that provide for participation in health care initiatives and programs in the dental and medical public health arena to create dental and program awareness.
- Manage workflow, time, program requirements and contractual timelines.
- Collaborate with Access to Care team to provide member coordination of care when needed.
- Submit regular reporting of access performance measures to management.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Communicate to management ways to improve processes and productivity of company.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with client and community contacts.
- Complete special projects as requested.
- Manage client required reporting deadlines and internal report collection.
- Utilize reporting software to run ad-hoc reporting requests
- Assist with Board of Hearings member appeal process, including scheduling, preparation, and implementing overturn decisions.
What you will bring with you:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years job related experience
- Knowledge of general computer software
- Typing skills of 40+ words per minute
- PC experience with knowledge of Windows and Access software applications.
- Effective oral communication and business writing skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
- Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary
Preferred:
- College degree in a related field is desirable.
- Experience working in a managed care environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare advocacy activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Medicaid program requirements is preferred.
Salary Range: $56,500 - $76,300

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
