- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Overseeing the preparation of catering orders to ensure quality standards are met, including proper packaging and presentation.
- Delivery Coordination: Scheduling delivery times, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of catering orders.
- Sales and Marketing: Actively promoting La Madeleine's catering services to potential clients, including reaching out to businesses and organizations.
- Customer Service: Addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
- Inventory Management: Monitoring catering supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as needed
- Compliance: Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in orders and food preparation
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
