OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst

Job Description:
AFS is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will also research, gather and synthesize information. This role has up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.
Here’s what you need:
- Must have or obtain a U.S. Passport within 30 days of employment
- 6+ years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- 2+ years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting
- Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. (At the Government’s discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement).
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Strong verbal briefing skills; able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
