Senior Consultant, Security (Microsoft Security Suite)

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security advisory and consulting engagements with customers
  
• Engage customers with effective communication to build lasting relationships
  
• Plan and design Microsoft security products and features
  
• Develop reference architectures, technical requirements, and configurations to support implementation
  
• Execute Microsoft security products and feature proof-of-concepts and pilots
  
• Implement Microsoft security products and features in development, tests, and production environments
  
• Provide industry perspectives, best practices, and security thought leadership to customers
  
• Develop Microsoft security strategy, recommendations, and roadmap for customers
  
• Prepare and present recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership 
  
• Identify and document issues and risks to projects and develop recommendations for remediation
  
• Develop project plans and weekly status reports 
  
• Assist with project management activities such as managing project team hours, expenses, tasks, and meetings
  

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5+ years of security and risk industry experience
  
• 3+ years of security consulting experience
  
• 3+ years of Microsoft security advisory and professional services experience
