Anduril’s DC Office is seeking a EUCOM Strategy Director to join our Global Defense team. The team is responsible for finding growth opportunities for company technology within the government and commercial markets across the region. As the EUCOM Strategy Director, you will provide support to Anduril’s Global Defense team and business divisions in execution of complex BD projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the Global Defense team’s goals in identifying and driving specific EUCOM strategic campaigns and complex projects, managing relationships with key customer organizations and partners.
- Lead strategic relationships with EUCOM and its components/units and support Anduril BD activities across product verticals in the EUCOM AOR.
- Maintain immersive understanding of EUCOM problems and workflows to inform Anduril product development, deployments and demonstration, and contract execution.
- Support the creation and execution of specific strategic engagement strategies to build the company’s reputation, enhance the strategic positioning in the industry, and increase the understanding of the company and its business objectives.
- Conduct strategic engagement with think tanks, relevant thought leaders and industry associations on behalf of Anduril and its executive leadership to increase awareness of Anduril, its unique approach to disruptive technology and promote Anduril perspectives on emerging technologies, challenges and major programs.
- Craft business development products, such as industry white papers, proposals, or presentations.
- Capture business development processes, strategy and action items to coordinate team members and other teams within Anduril, such as Corporate Development, Mission Operations, Bids and Proposals, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
- Based in our DC office, you should be a self-starter with strong communication skills, both verbal and writing, and work well as part of a team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the following fields as provided below
- Experience in US national security/defense arena required, preferably working at or directly with EUCOM and/or its components/units
- Relevant experience includes as a civil servant involved with defense or national security matters, as a government official in relevant government department agency, or as an employee of a defense company, think tank, or trade association focused on defense technology, or other similar relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in planning and implementing strategies for strategic external engagement to drive revenue goals
- Experience with defense policy and budget issues and knowledge of the defense and national security sector and key stakeholders with an understanding of how these processes impact the company’s growth priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with business development and/or thought leadership strongly preferred.
