Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Poland. Sector comprises over 100 specialists divided into several teams. Your direct team is a group of 5 talented individuals. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg and Switzerland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• Proven experience in Transfer Agency or similar related roles (2+ years)
• Proven experience in client data and cash reconciliation
• Ability to manage work under high time pressure and focus on a day-to-day process enhancement
• Ability to manage and proceed with high volume of manual work and to prioritize
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others
• Good understanding of KYC and AML processes will be an asset
• Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping will be an asset.
• Investran knowledge is preferred
